What is Endolift?
The Endolift is a fiber-optic laser that is inserted directly under the skin. Through an entry point the size of a needle, the doctor inserts a microfiber with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.3 mm into the superficial layer of the hypodermis, then moves it back and forth along the face’s support vectors.
The wavelength used, 1,470 nm, is absorbed by water and fat. It produces two effects in a single treatment: immediate tightening of the connective tissue layers, visible at the end of the session, and stimulation of collagen and elastin, which continues to work for several months. When the area contains a fat deposit, such as under the chin, the treatment reduces it at the same time.
It is this dual action that sets Endolift apart from other solutions for sagging skin:

The Shape of the Face
The most common areas of concern: nasolabial folds, a sagging jawline, and drooping cheeks. The thread redefines the contours by lifting the tissues.
The double chin
Submental fat and sagging skin are treated in the same 30- to 45-minute session. This is the treatment area where Endolift faces the least serious competition.
The Neck and Decolletage
Horizontal wrinkles on the neck, thin, creased skin, and sagging under the chin. This is an area that few techniques address effectively.
The lower eyelids
Skin tightening and reduction of fat deposits, for sagging that does not yet warrant eyelid surgery.
The Entire Face
The full treatment, which lasts about 90 minutes, targets the jawline, jowls, neck, and surrounding areas for a comprehensive result.

During the session

The doctor will assess the condition of your skin, measure the degree of sagging and the amount of fat to be treated, check for any contraindications, determine the treatment plan, and provide you with a quote.
Photos and Labeling
Reference photos are taken, and then the tension vectors and entry points are drawn on the skin.
Fiber Installation
The microfiber is inserted through one to three entry points per area and then moved back and forth under the skin. Energy is delivered gradually, area by area.
Compression and Dressings
Light pressure is applied, and small adhesive bandages are used to close the entry points. The doctor will give you written instructions.

The Endolift is a medical procedure performed at the center. The complimentary consultation ensures that your skin and overall health are suitable for the procedure.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
- Active skin infection or lesion in the area to be treated
- Coagulation disorder or inappropriate anticoagulant therapy
- Progressive autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive treatment
- If you have a permanent implant or device already in place in that area, please inform the doctor
- Significant sagging with noticeable excess skin, which requires surgery

Yes. The energy is delivered under the skin rather than through it, so it does not pass through the melanin in the epidermis: the mechanism that causes phototypes IV through VI to develop hyperpigmentation after a superficial laser treatment does not come into play. Sun protection is still required after the session.
