Le microneedling (également appelé mésothérapie par micro-aiguilles, pratiqué avec un Dermapen médical) est l’un des soins les plus demandés chez My Laser Casablanca et Tanger. Cette technique de rajeunissement provoque de minuscules perforations cutanées qui stimulent la production naturelle de collagène et d’élastine, sans laser ni chirurgie. Elle traite les cicatrices d’acné, les pores dilatés, les premières rides, les taches et le relâchement cutané : pour tous les phototypes, y compris les peaux mates et foncées.
Microneedling/mesotherapy is a non-invasive aesthetic medicine technique. We use a medical precision device (Dermapen) equipped with a sterile, single-use tip, whose penetration depth is adjusted according to the treatment area and the specific condition being treated.
Controlled micro-perforations stimulate the natural healing process: promoting the production of new collagen and elastin, improving microcirculation, and enabling the active ingredients applied during the treatment to penetrate deeply.
The session lasts about 30 minutes. It consists of 5 steps:
No prolonged social downtime. A slight redness may last for a few hours.
Generally, results are visible after the very first session: brighter skin, an even complexion, and tighter pores.
Results improve over the course of several weeks thanks to collagen neogenesis, with optimal results achieved as the treatment progresses.
For long-lasting results, we generally recommend 3 to 5 sessions spaced 15 days apart, followed by one maintenance session every 3 to 6 months.
Side effects: Mesotherapy/microneedling does not cause any noticeable side effects. The treated area may simply show slight redness, which will fade quickly.
