What is the full-body package?
Rather than treating each area separately, the full-body package combines the areas that work best together into a single treatment: full legs or half legs with feet, classic, high-cut, Brazilian, or full bikini line, the gluteal cleft, and the underarms. You come in for a single session that covers everything, and the price per area goes down.
At My Laser, treatments are performed using two lasers: the 755 nm Alexandrite laser from the Cynosure Elite+ platform for fair skin (phototypes 1 through 3) and the 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for medium to dark skin (phototypes 4 through 6). Each machine is equipped with a Zimmer cold air blower that cools the skin throughout the laser treatment. The laser technician selects the wavelength and settings based on your skin type and hair color.
All packages consist of 5 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart depending on the hair growth cycle of each area. Depending on the size of the area, allow between 1 and 2 hours per session. The most popular combinations:
- Full legs, classic bikini line, and underarms: 3,000 MAD per session instead of 3,750 MAD
- Full legs, Brazilian bikini line, gluteal cleft, and underarms: 3,300 MAD instead of 4,700 MAD
- Full legs, full bikini line, gluteal cleft, and underarms: 3,500 MAD instead of 4,800 MAD—the full package
- For men: back, shoulders, and neck; chest and abdomen; or buttocks, gluteal cleft, legs, and feet

Treating adjacent areas together prevents a visible line between a hair-free area and an area that isn't, such as between the bikini line and the thighs.
A five-session follow-up
The package sets the pace: one session every 4 to 6 weeks, with a practitioner who monitors changes in your hair growth from one session to the next.
What does a full-body workout session involve?
Free Consultation
A laser specialist will examine your skin and hair, check for any contraindications, and work with you to customize your treatment package: which areas, what type of bikini line, and whether or not to include the buttocks. You’ll receive a quote at that time.
Preparation
All areas should be shaved the day before. During the treatment, do not use wax, tweezers, or an electric epilator, and avoid sun exposure or self-tanning products on the treated areas.
The session
Put on protective goggles, then have the laser applied area by area, with continuous Zimmer cold air: legs, then bikini line and groin, then underarms. Allow 1 to 2 hours, depending on the area being treated.
After the session
Apply soothing cream to each area and resume your normal activities immediately. Avoid sun exposure for 3 weeks, and apply sunscreen to your legs and arms. The hairs will fall out on their own within 1 to 3 weeks.

Contraindications and Possible Side Effects

Contraindications
- Tanned skin or recent or planned sun exposure
- Blonde, white, gray, or red hair: electrolysis takes over
- Herpes outbreak in that area
- Photosensitizing treatments: oral retinoids, St. John’s wort, certain antibiotics
- Infection, disease, or skin lesion in the area
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
- Photosensitizing cream or oil applied to the area
Possible Effects
- Minor swelling around the hair follicles for a few hours: a sign that the laser has taken effect
- Skin redness or sensitivity lasting 1 to 3 days
- A sensation of warmth or tingling during the session, which is alleviated by cold air
- Temporary itching, which subsides within a few days
- More rarely, a superficial burn or change in skin color, especially if the skin is tanned: notify the center immediately
- Your eyes are protected by goggles throughout the entire session
